The Muddy Pig Szechuan Chutney

A savoury, slow-simmered chutney built on two kinds of heat: whole Szechuan peppercorns for a citrusy, tingling buzz, and Kashmiri chillies for a deep, glowing warmth. Fresh ginger and garlic bring the punch, a splash of vinegar brings the tang, and a touch of sweetness rounds it out. Made in small batches with no additives and no shortcuts. Spoon it onto cheese, cold meats, or a warm slice of our sourdough.

Ingredients: Water, Garlic, Ginger, Kashmiri Chilli, Sanam Chilli, Apple Cider Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Rapeseed Oil, Mixed Peppercorns, Salt, Cornflour, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Wheat, Salt).
